Embroidery

In my spare time I have been working on some embroidery for a lampshade. The image has been painted and then free hand embroidery on top.

Another love and keen interest of mine is mosaics. All the terracotta pots I have collected from auctions and house sales. The tiles are all recycled from company skips and tile shops closing down. These are my up cycled makes so far hope you like :). 

 

Keyrings!

This is me in the print room mono printing :) I am very much missing university especially the facilities. Now I have graduated finding it difficult to find places to print fabric and somewhere I can screen print to build up stock. Need to keep searching... 

Cornwall Design Fair

Wow what a great weekend it has been exhibiting alongside Plymouth college of Art graduate students. Had lots of sales and really positive feedback. Makes all the hard work worth it :) will be back with more exciting designs and products next year and got a few more shows in mind before hand :) Will keep you all posted!

It was a privilege to be part of such a major event. 

I felt truly inspired by all the work I saw. :)

Screen Printed Scarves

Printed one of my designs in repeat onto fabric to see  how it looked. Going to initially use this design for wallpaper.
